Q: How to punch using a password?
A: To use a password to punch, you need to input the employee ID first and ok and then input the password.
Q: How to change the employee ID?
A: The employee ID can not be changed. We suggest you delete it and create a new one.
Q: Why can't some employees punch? / Why weren't the employees downloaded to the device?
A: If there are several departments, please confirm the setting of the employee in "Punch management". Since the device can't be assigned to all departments and only the employees in the assigned department can be downloaded, if your employees are in different departments, we recommend editing them to "All departments" in "Punch management".
Q: How to reset a device? (CX2/CX7)
A: There will be a “Delete Terminal” when it’s connected to Cloud. It's for reset. (Organization>Device>Edit)
Q: How can I assign two shifts a day?
A: It's not available in both shift modes. If the two shift hours are not overlapping, we recommend creating a shift with a break in fixed shift mode. If they are, we recommend using weekly flexible shift mode.

Q: How many devices can I add to this portal?
A: There is no limit to the number of devices that can be added to the cloud.
