Connecting devices is a very important step when starting to use CrossChex Cloud. This tutorial will guide you in connecting devices with CrossChex Cloud from the terminal.
Not all Anviz devices support CrossChex Cloud. Before connecting the device, please first confirm that your device is available. Which Models Support CrossChex Cloud System?
Note: The tutorial can be applied to all the Anviz Cloud-connected devices. CX7 is only an example. The device menu could be a little different for different models.

To connect a device, please follow these steps:
The default ID is 0 and the password is 12345.
2. Choose Network > Internet to select the preferred network method.
It can be used either Ethernet or WiFi.
3. Return and choose Ethernet or WiFi to finish the detailed setting.
The setting depends on the local network setting.
4. Return and choose Cloud.
5. Input Company ID and Cloud Password.
This information could be taken from the Cloud account. (Setting > Company)
6. Select or manually input the server.
Select according to the login website. E.g.eu.crosschexcloud.com = EU-Server
Manual input is for the integration customers.
Tips: Skip this step if there is no option.
7. Wait for all Network Tests done without 0%.
8. Confirm the network icon and Cloud icon from the device desktop.
The mark will disappear when it’s connected.
9. Confirm the device connection from the Cloud account. (Organization > Device)
“Search” can be used as page fresh. You can try clicking it when connecting.
It’s a successful connection when there is a colored device icon.
